This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, providing timely support and guidance on a variety of HR-related matters. The ideal candidate is service-minded, organized, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations involving employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, attendance, and other workplace concerns.\nAdvise leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and progressive discipline processes.\nCoach managers on effective communication, accountability, and employee engagement strategies.\nAssist with employee accommodations, leave administration, and workplace policy questions.\nProvide employees with general information regarding benefits, leave programs, company policies, and HR processes.\nAssist employees with navigating HR systems and self-service tools, including updating personal information and accessing employment-related resources.\nSupport onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.\nMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.\nGenerate routine reports and assist with HR administrative processes and compliance activities.\nUtilize HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance employee support.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.\nPerform additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned. \n\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. \n1–3 years of HR or related experience. \nStrong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology platforms. \nExperience using or willingness to learn AI-powered workplace tools and digital technologies. \nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.\nWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a professional, yet casual work environment.\n\nHallcon is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
