In this role, you will serve as the primary HR Generalist for your line of business, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and an understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.\nLead driver onboarding process and provide backup support to recruitment\nServe as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.\nCoach managers on effective communication, accountability, and employee engagement strategies.\nConduct investigations and manage workplace claims\nAuditing of department policies, procedures, and integrations to ensure data validity and compliance\nSupport recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with the Director of Talent to develop and implement an efficient and effective recruitment and onboarding process\nOversee reporting and metrics management, providing regular updates to the HR Leadership Team on key HR initiatives and performance metrics\nFacilitate Accommodation Requests in partnership with Operations and the Benefits team.\nMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.\nGenerate routine reports and assist with HR administrative processes and compliance activities.\nUtilize HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance employee support.\nPerform additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (experience in lieu of degree considered)\n3+ years of experience working in Human Resources, or a related field\nExperience working with unions and CBAs highly preferred\nProven experience working in a fast-paced, high growth organization\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations\nGreat attention to detail\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality while working with HR records\nGood communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiries\nAbility to collaborate in a team environment with a commitment to the overall success of the organization\nDemonstrative ability showing strong analytical, problem-solving skills and is cognizant of adequate response times\nStrong work ethic and high-level of integrity needed for working with confidential information\n\nWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a professional, yet casual work environment.
