Working closely with HR and business leaders, this role drives succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, workforce capability initiatives, and career development programs to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for critical operational, technical, and leadership positions.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement talent development and leadership programs aligned with business objectives.\nFacilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential employee development across SEA.\nPartner with Product Service Line (PSL) leaders, Country HR, and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities.\nSupport leadership pipeline and bench strength initiatives for critical operational and technical roles.\nAnalyze talent and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leaders.\nAdvise HR and business leaders on talent management, career development, and organizational capability best practices.\nCoordinate learning and development initiatives that support operational excellence and workforce readiness.\nTrack program effectiveness, talent metrics, and succession readiness to drive continuous improvement.\nProvide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing to HR colleagues and less experienced team members.\nEnsure compliance with company talent processes, policies, and governance standards.\nQualifications\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.\nMin. 4 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, L&D, or HRBP roles.\nExperience supporting multi country populations within Southeast Asia.\nStrong experience in succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and people analytics.\nExperience within oil & gas, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or other technical industries is highly preferred.\nExcellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.\nHalliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
