SAP S/4HANA Readiness & Digital Solutions\nAssess current procurement processes and SAP T-Codes that may be impacted by SAP S/4HANA migration.\nIdentify replacement solutions using SAP Fiori, Power Platform, automation tools, or custom applications.\nSupport process mapping, testing, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nRecommend digital solutions that improve procurement efficiency and support future-state processes in S/4HANA\n2. RFQ Automation & Process Digitalization\nAnalyze the current RFQ (Request for Quotation) process and identify automation opportunities.\nDevelop digital solutions to automate RFQ creation, supplier communication, quotation collection, and approval workflows.\nExplore Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) to reduce manual effort and improve process cycle time.\nDesign dashboards to track RFQ status, supplier participation, response rates, and sourcing effectiveness.\nSupport the standardization and digitalization of sourcing activities.\nQualifications Required\nAble to commit full time credit bearing internship from Dec 2026/Jan to May/June 2027\nCurrently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree in:\nInformation Systems\nComputer Science\nBusiness Analytics\nData Analytics\nEngineering\nSupply Chain Management with strong digital competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nFamiliarity with Power BI and data visualization tools.\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nPreferred\nExperience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nBasic knowledge of SAP ERP and procurement processes.\nFamiliarity with API, SQL, Python, or data analysis tools.\nExperience in workflow automation and digital solution development.\nWork Location: 315 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim Singapore 639940 (company transport provided)\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM\nQualifications\nHalliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
