The position includes operational and leadership responsibility and great communication skills towards internal and external customers. The primary workplace will be onshore; however, periods of offshore work may be expected.\nAre you an experienced cementing professional looking for an opportunity where you can combine technical expertise with operational responsibility and close customer collaboration?\nIn this role, you will be involved in the design, planning, and execution of cementing operations, working closely with customers, offshore personnel, and cross-functional teams.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDesign, plan, and support the execution of cementing operations\nMaintain close communication with customers throughout the planning and operational process\nPerform computer simulations to model downhole fluid hydraulics and well conditions\nDesign cement slurries and spacer fluids tailored to specific well conditions and operational requirements\nLead laboratory testing of cement slurries and spacer fluids\nDevelop cementing programs, including technical input, simulations, risk assessments, laboratory results, and operational procedures\nPrepare detailed operational instructions and risk assessments for offshore personnel\nCoordinate with offshore service personnel regarding operations, equipment, and logistics\nCollaborate with cross-functional onshore teams to develop safe and efficient operational solutions\nPrepare cost estimates and contribute to budgeting and cost control\nConduct post-job evaluations and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement\nParticipate in projects focused on developing new technology and solutions to meet customer challenges\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nA Bachelor's degree (BSc) in engineering, preferably within petroleum or chemistry\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in well cementing\nRelevant experience with HPHT and offshore operations\nKnowledge of NORSOK D-010 and API RP 10B standards\nGood computer skills\nFluency in English, both written and spoken\nWho are you?\nYou are comfortable working in a technically complex and sometimes fast-paced environment.
