Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Program Management Office(EPMO), the Project Manager will lead and manage the new product development (NPD) hardware, software, and systems efforts across multiple functions for the healthcare market. The role is expected to communicate effectively across functions and at all levels within the organization. Additionally, the role is expected to establish, maintain, and use project/program management best practices and methods to ensure successful delivery, including the use of Agile principles for hardware and software. The ideal candidate is passionate about collaboration, communication clarity, purposeful process, execution excellence, and is an advocate for continuous improvement.\nLocation:\nHybrid - United States, Newtown, PA or ET time zone preferred.\nResponsibilities:\nLead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for both hardware and software initiatives using Agile methodologies (SAFe, BML).\nPartner closely with engineering, product management, hardware design, QA, and operations to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.\nManage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams. Actively manage RAID logs and mitigate risk\nDrive incremental development to ensure seamless interoperability between hardware and software components.\nTrack and communicate project status, milestones, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.\nPromote continuous improvement, Agile maturity, and team empowerment across the organization.\nCoordinate vendor relationships, external partners, and manufacturing or deployment teams as needed.\nManage project budget including capitalized development costs and external spend with multiple, geographically diverse suppliers.\nEnsure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop complex project plans using MS Project\nCreate an environment fostering commitment, team spirit, resilience, and trust.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to adopt and adapt best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.\nTrack, measure, and report on project and team performance metrics.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required\nMinimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Software and Hardware Project Management, including in depth knowledge and application of Agile principles\nUtilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress and productivity\nAbility to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to select, adapt, and practice Agile software development methodologies\nSelf-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and orientation towards results\nAbility to see the \"big picture\"; ability to balance people, technical and business needs and make decisions taking these all into account\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Excel) and Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira)\nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to and communicating with cross-functional groups at multiple levels within the company.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative in finding innovative solutions to project execution or process problems.\nExcellent decision-making skills and comfort in influencing and leading cross-functional groups.\nStrong organizational skills\nPreferred Certifications:\nPMP or PMI-ACP certified\nSAFe Scrum Master\nSAFe Release Train Engineer\nLean Six
