and resolve complex communication errors by investigating hardware\nissues (including wiring, power, and signal integrity) and software-based networking problems.\nProvide clear, professional communication through email, phone, and internal systems.\nAssist customers with order-related issues and escalate complex cases to the Admin\nManager when needed.\nSales Operations \nAccurately enter and manage sales and service orders to ensure smooth processing and\ntimely fulfillment.\nMaintain CRM records to support clear communication, order tracking, and customer\nhistory management.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and\nexecuted correctly.\nCollaboration & Teamwork\nWork closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer\nsatisfaction and product alignment.\nContribute to product documentation and marketing content to enhance customer\nunderstanding.\nSkills & Qualifications\nA Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field is a plus.\nDetail-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience or interest in fluid control, instrumentation, or automation.\nFamiliarity with one or more of the following fields is a plus: aerospace,\nbioprocessing, chemistry, environmental science, semiconductor technology, or\noptical
