This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the best value, quality, and service for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.\nCore Responsibilities:\nSourcing and Procurement:\nIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers for indirect/Direct goods and services.\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.\nConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.\nSupplier Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.\nNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.\nMonitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service, implementing SLA\nCost Management & Negotiation:\nDevelop and implement cost-saving initiatives.\nMonitor spending and adherence to budget.\nConduct cost analysis and benchmark studies.\nNegotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers, focusing on cost savings, payment terms, and delivery schedules.\nContinuously seek opportunities to optimise costs while maintaining quality standards.\nContract Management:\nDraft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers.\nEnsure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.\nMarket Research:\nStay informed about market trends, pricing, and supply chain developments.\nConduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their competitiveness.\nProcess Improvement:\nContinuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and practices.\nImplement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.\nCompliance and Risk Management:\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies and trends.\nStrong negotiation and contract management skills.\nFamiliarity with procurement software and tools.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and make informed decisions.\nKnowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.\nResults-oriented with a focus on achieving
