This is where you can do your best work!\nJob Summary\nThe Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with corporate accounting policies and reporting requirements. This role partners closely with business units, operations, and executive leadership to support financial performance, scalability, and strategic decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Accounting & Close\nLead the monthly and semi-annual close processes with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness\n\nReview and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses\n\nEnsure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting policies\n\nSupport forecasting and annual budgeting processes (led by Manager of FP&A)\n\nCorporate Reporting & Consolidation\nSupport corporate consolidation processes across entities and business units\n\nCoordinate intercompany accounting and eliminations\n\nEnsure alignment with group reporting timelines and requirements\n\nMaintain consistency in accounting policies across the organization\n\nControls, Compliance & Audit\nEstablish and maintain effective internal controls aligned with corporate governance standards\n\nEnsure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements\n\nLead coordination with external and internal auditors\n\nPrepare audit schedules and manage audit responses\n\nBusiness Partnership\nAct as a key finance partner to corporate and operational leadership\n\nCoordinate with business units for accounting matters and reporting\n\nProvide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities\n\nSupport M&A integration, system implementations, and organizational scaling initiatives\n\nSystems & Process Improvement\nEnsure integrity of financial data within ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., Tagetik)\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability\n\nLeadership\nLead, mentor, and develop accounting team members\n\nCoordinate across corporate accounting, tax, FP&A, and shared services teams\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting\n\n6-10+ years of progressive accounting experience\n\nStrong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial close, and balance sheet management\n\nExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools\n\nProven ability to partner cross-functionally with business leaders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCPA, CMA, or equivalent certification\n\nExperience in a global, multi-entity or manufacturing environment\n\nExposure to consolidations, integrations, or acquisitions\n\nExperience with group reporting and corporate environments\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and sound judgment\n\nAbility to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities\n\nEffective communication and business partnering skills\n\nPay Range: $135K-$160K per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
