The ideal candidate is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the detail as they are building scalable, forward-looking systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Leadership & Performance Support\nOwn the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of management accounts, statutory inputs and group reporting across all global entities\nLead monthly and annual close processes with a focus on speed, rigor, and transparency and clear evidence of review\nDeliver clear, actionable financial insights to support CFO-led decision-making\nEnsure alignment with IFRS group reporting requirements, local statutory requirements and group governance, reporting-calendar and audit expectations\nManufacturing Finance & Margin Optimization\nLead standard costing, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis across international operations\nPartner directly with operations and plant leadership to identify cost drivers and improve margins\nDrive visibility into manufacturing performance and implement scalable cost control processes\nSupport operational initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability\nHands-On Accounting Execution\nRemain deeply involved in core accounting processes, including:Complex reconciliations\nMulti-currency cash management\nIntercompany accounting and eliminations\n\nEstablish rigor and accountability in day-to-day financial operations\nContinuously improve close timelines, reporting quality, and operational efficiency\nControls, Compliance & Audit Readiness\nBuild and maintain a robust internal control environment aligned with public company standards\nEnsure compliance with IFRS and applicable international regulatory requirements\nLead audit processes and maintain readiness for internal and external audit scrutiny\nCoordinate tax compliance, including cross-border considerations and transfer pricing\nGlobal Alignment & Cross-Border Leadership\nAct as the primary financial partner for international operations\nAlign reporting, processes, and expectations across regions\nNavigate cross-border complexities including tax, compliance, and operational differences\nDrive consistency and accountability across a globally distributed finance function\nTeam Building & Leadership\nWork with leaders to build, lead, and scale a high-performing accounting team\nEstablish clear ownership, accountability, and performance expectations\nWork with leaders to recruit, develop, and retain talent in line with organizational growth\nFoster a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement\nKey Relationships\nCFO (primary partner in financial strategy, decision-making, and performance execution)\nOperations and Plant Leadership\nInternational Accounting Teams\nGroup Finance, Audit, and External Advisors\nQualifications\nCPA or equivalent professional certification preferred\nProven success as a Controller or senior finance leader in a high-growth or complex global environment\nStrong background in manufacturing and cost accounting\nDeep knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity, multi-currency environments\nExperience operating within a public company or structured reporting environment\nTrack record of building and scaling finance functions\nSkills & Attributes\nHigh sense of urgency with a strong bias toward action and results\nHands-on leader who thrives in
