You will translate customer needs and market insights into internal priorities, partner closely with Sales as a key point of contact, and support sales enablement, growth strategies, product launches, and pricing. This role is vital to Firetrace’s overall strategy, goals, and growth initiatives as the company expands internationally.\nGather customer, partner, and internal stakeholder feedback\nSupport product launch planning and execution\nPartner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and adoption\nDevelop product requirements and business cases\nManage projects for key customer initiatives\nMonitor product performance and recommend improvements\nHelp prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and strategic fit\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience.
