Working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, Production Operators will follow established processes, operate production equipment, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support operational performance and business success.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nThe main responsibilities of this role are to support the manufacture and assembly of the Company's products, ensuring that quality, safety and production standards are consistently achieved. Working as part of a busy manufacturing team, you will carry out a variety of production activities including component assembly, product testing, and final assembly in accordance with documented procedures and customer requirements.\nSome tasks may involve repetitive activities; however, the role offers variety through involvement in different stages of the production process and across a range of products.
