This role leads operators, manages daily labor allocation, maintains standard work adherence, escalates safety, quality, material, and equipment issues, and ensures that the production team meets daily output targets while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily production execution across assigned areas, including workflow, labor balancing, task assignment, standard work adherence, and shift performance.\nOwn daily SQDCP / daily management board updates for assigned areas and lead or support daily production huddles.\nMonitor safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and attendance during the shift; escalate barriers and risks promptly.\nProvide clear instructions, delegate assignments, and confirm team members understand objectives and priorities.\nCoach team members, provide feedback, support training plans, and reinforce company values and professional standards.\nTrack daily production attainment, attendance, training compliance, quality issues, and operational status.\nIdentify bottlenecks, equipment issues, material issues, and staffing concerns; escalate complex issues to the Production Manager.\nSupport onboarding and cross-training of team members.\nAct as primary liaison between production team members and production leadership.\nCollaborate with Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, and Production Coordinator II to ensure smooth execution.\nCompetencies\nRequirements\nDegree(s) or certification(s): High School Diploma or GED required; technical associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.\nRe-certification requirements: N/A\nProfessional experience required (min.):\nThree to five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment or equivalent;
