The role provides disciplined planning, coordination, communication, risk management and performance visibility across cross-functional teams.\nWorking across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain, the Projects Manager ensures that requirements, responsibilities, milestones and decisions are clear and controlled. The role manages assigned projects directly while supporting consistent use and continuous improvement of OsecoElfab project management processes, tools and governance.\nEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities:\nHands-On Project Management\nManage a portfolio of assigned customer and internal projects from initiation through delivery, handover and close-out.\nDefine and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain proportionate project plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue registers, change logs and status reports.\nCoordinate engineering deliverables, production schedules, testing, quality documentation and other project requirements.\nMonitor progress against agreed milestones, internal commitments and customer requirements, taking corrective action where performance deviates from plan.\nIdentify risks, constraints, dependencies and bottlenecks early; agree mitigation actions and escalate material issues promptly.\nManage project changes in a controlled manner, assessing effects on scope, timing, cost, resources, quality and customer commitments.\nEnsure projects are completed with required approvals, records, lessons learned and formal close-out.\nCross-Functional Delivery\nCoordinate project activity across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and other relevant functions.\nTranslate customer or business requirements into clear internal actions, deliverables, owners and due dates.\nFacilitate effective project reviews and working meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are documented and followed through.\nBuild alignment between functional priorities and the overall project plan, influencing contributors without relying on direct authority.\nSupport resolution of delivery conflicts, resource constraints and competing priorities through evidence-based escalation and decision-making.\nCustomer and Stakeholder Engagement\nServe as the primary project contact for assigned projects, providing clear, timely and professional communication.\nPrepare and issue project updates, meeting agendas, minutes, action logs and progress reports appropriate to the project.\nManage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, schedule, technical clarification, documentation, testing and delivery commitments.\nRepresent OsecoElfab in customer meetings and internal project or leadership reviews as required.\nEscalate significant concerns constructively and maintain transparent communication until resolution.\nProject Process, Systems and Tools\nApply agreed project workflows, stage gates, governance, documentation standards and change-control practices.\nUse and maintain approved project management tools, ERP and CRM records, dashboards, templates and reporting systems.\nContribute practical feedback to improve project planning, scheduling, communication protocols, standard work and customer-facing materials.\nPromote consistent project information, document control and reliable performance data across assigned projects.\nPerformance and Continuous Improvement\nTrack and report relevant project measures, including milestone adherence, on-time delivery, cycle time, project risk, margin performance and customer satisfaction where applicable.\nCapture lessons learned and convert them into improvements for future project execution.\nSupport analysis of recurring bottlenecks and cross-functional delivery issues.\nPromote a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nProject governance and process design\nTechnical aptitude and engineering literacy\nCustomer-centric communication\nCross-functional leadership\nSituational Leadership Skills\nRisk management and decision-making\nContinuous improvement mindset\nData-driven performance management\nEducation and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, engineered-to-order products, or industrial equipment.\nProven experience leading cross-functional project delivery processes.\nStrong understanding of engineering workflows, production planning, and quality systems.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex customer projects with technical requirements.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience:\nExperience in pressure relief devices, process safety, industrial equipment, or adjacent technical industries.\nPMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.\nExperience leading multi-site or global project teams.\nERP/CRM proficiency (e.g., D365, Salesforce).\nProductivity and project management platform software experience (e.g., ClickUP, MS Project)\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
