At Halma India, We have a team of over 280 professionals representing commercial, digital, business support group and support functions across our seven offices in India, two in Bengaluru and one each in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Thanjavur, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.\nResponsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations):\nUnderstand customer application needs and recommend the best product configuration. \nAct as a trusted advisor and provide solution consultation. \nEngage with existing and potential customers to identify needs and propose solutions. \nSupport qualification testing of new products. \nRecord customer issues and document resolutions. \nIdentify opportunities for product and solution improvement. \nProvide feedback to R&D and influence product requirements. \nMaintain knowledge of customers, competitors, and market solutions. \nDeliver remote and on-site technical support. \nConduct technical demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer sessions. \nMentor junior team members.\nAcademic qualification:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Optics, or a related technical field. \nMaster's Degree (M.S.) or Ph.D. preferred.\nExperience (exposure):\n5+ years of experience in Applications Engineering.\nStrong experience in spectroscopy, customer application support, and solution consulting.\nExperience in product qualification, technical training, and customer engagement.\nExposure to cross functional collaboration with Sales and R&D teams.\nHalma India is a Great Place to Work® certified organisation.
