The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings a strong ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, reliable product solutions.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Ownership & Strategy\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware products, ensuring performance, scalability, and clinical reliability\nDrive a value-based product roadmap aligned to CenTrak’s strategic priorities and real-world healthcare challenges\nLeverage data, VOC, and field feedback to continuously refine priorities and roadmap direction\nBacklog & Execution Leadership\nMaintain and prioritize a global product backlog focused on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility\nPartner closely with engineering teams to ensure clear requirements, efficient execution, and timely delivery\nVoice of Customer & Field Engagement\nLead structured Voice of Customer (VOC) efforts across clinicians, administrators, and operational stakeholders\nEngage directly with customers and field teams to understand workflow challenges and operational opportunities\nTranslate insights into actionable product enhancements and innovations\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate with engineering, PMO, supply chain, quality/regulatory, sales, services, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and adoption\nAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders\nSustainment & Operational Excellence\nLead sustainment strategy to minimize customer disruption and ensure ongoing reliability of deployed solutions\nDrive improvements in field performance, issue resolution, and lifecycle efficiency\nMarket & Innovation\nMonitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies\nIdentify opportunities to enhance CenTrak’s RTLS platform capabilities and differentiation\nPerformance & Impact\nDefine and track key product performance metrics, including adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction\nCommunicate product performance and roadmap progress to leadership\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees or hybrid technical/business backgrounds preferred.\n6-8+ years of experience in product ownership or management with a strong emphasis on hardware and firmware development and sustainment, ideally in healthcare environments.\nSolid understanding of the healthcare technology landscape; RTLS or MedTech experience is highly desirable.\nProven expertise in Agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
