It will also be responsible for defining Marketing KPI’s to develop market beating compelling Value Propositions that support the sales team in delivering the 3-year strategic targets as well as the one-year sales and profit plan. This position will support the sourcing and selection of the resources necessary to execute the targeted and segmented marketing activities. Support may be required in Marketing Communications as required. This position will report to the Global Head of Marketing.\nIn addition to the outlined responsibilities, all employees are expected to consistently uphold and embody our company's core values and behaviours in their daily work, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nStrategic Leadership & Planning\nSupport the development and execution a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with OsecoElfab’s growth objectives, product roadmap, and commercial priorities.\nAlong with the Global Head of Marketing and sales team create annual marketing planning and budgeting ensuring measurable ROI across all initiatives.\nStrengthen OsecoElfab’s global brand positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation by product and market.\nAlong with the Global Head of Marketing and sales team steer selection of new segments or geographies which OsecoElfab should pursue.\nRecommending positioning, routes to market, partnership vs organic plays, and value themes that change how the business competes.\nProduct & Segment Marketing\nPartner with Sales Management to define product value propositions, launch plans, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.\nBuild segment-specific marketing programs for chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, energy transition, and OEM markets.\nOversee and /or create technical collateral, application guides, case studies, white papers, and training materials that reflect OsecoElfab’s engineering depth.\nMarketing Communications\nSupport, collaborate, and occasionally lead marketing communications initiatives as required, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand standards\nSupport the development and execution of global demand generation, digital marketing, brand positioning, corporate communications, PR, thought leadership, and trade shows, technical conferences, and customer events\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration\nFoster strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing Communications, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.\nChampion a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nThis job description provides a comprehensive overview of the main responsibilities expected in this role.
