Working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, Production Operators will follow established processes, operate production equipment, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support operational performance and business success.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nThe main responsibilities for these roles will be to work within our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) cell for the operation of and selection of relevant programmes for our machines, in order to populate the Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).\nRelevant experience\nExperience of working in an SMT facility\nConfidence in working machinery (full training provided)\nBeing able to understand assembly build documents\nInspection and touch up of PCBS experience\nEducation and training\nFull training will be provided; however, previous experience within SMT manufacturing, electronics production, PCB assembly, or a similar production environment is desirable\nSkills, abilities and specialist knowledge\nHave a willingness to learn the new skills required to operate the SMT line\nAre a great team player who works well both alone and with others\nHave excellent attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately\nAre reliable and able to demonstrate a flexible approach\nHave a keen willingness to learn and gain new skills\nBenefits\nAt Advanced, people are at the heart of our success.
