At Halma India, We have a team of over 280 professionals representing commercial, digital, business support group and support functions across our seven offices in India, two in Bengaluru and one each in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Thanjavur, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.\nRole Responsibilities\nDesign, build, test (UNIT) and support Workday Reports.\nDesign, build, test (UNIT) and support Workday Integration, primarily EIBs and Cloud Connectors.\nTroubleshoot integration, including Studio.\nConsult Operating Companies and Group business users on change and enhancement requests.\nAssist with business UAT testing on Workday changes and enhancements.\nAssist with analysing relevant Workday release changes and assessing the impact on the current configuration.\nRole Prerequisites\nExperience in Overall Workday administration and Configuration.\nStrong experience in Workday reports.\nGood Experience in building and troubleshooting Workday integration, including EIBs and Cloud Connectors.\nGood Knowledge of Workday Orchestration\nDesirable experience in Workday Studio or Workday Extend.\nDesirable experience in XLST or other programming languages.\nDesirable Experience in non-Workday low-code programming.\nProfessional Attributes\nStrong and proven analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nComfortable working in an autonomous, lean, matrixed business model.\nA self-starter working independently and collaboratively.\nA strong aptitude to learn and adapt to change.\nHalma India is a Great Place to Work® certified organisation.
