The ideal candidate is someone with an understanding of real-time and pre-rendered lighting principles. This is a remote-work opportunity.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nWork with the supervisor and leads to create compelling lighting for a variety of characters and environments while maintaining a consistent style\nUnderstanding of basic lighting principles and ability to mimic established lighting setups\nSolve both creative and technical problems with new tools and techniques\nEnsure aesthetic continuity is maintained across all deliverables\nGenerate final renders for approval\nKnowledge of Photoshop and After Effects is a bonus\nBasic knowledge of Unreal Engine is preferred - all lighting assignments will utilize Unreal Engine\nRequirements\nPrevious professional experience in character lighting\nExperience in Unreal Engine and Perforce (p4v) or willingness and capability to learn\nMust possess a strong sense of visual quality, composition, color, lighting, perspective, and scale\nKnowledge of roto, paint, keying, clean-up, and color correction is preferred\nA strong team player who takes direction and constructive feedback well is integral to this position\nExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment\nMust be able to complete tasks on tight deadlines and work in a very fast paced environment\nKnowledge of virtual production integration for film and television a plus.\nSalary Range:\n $30 - $39 per hour\nNote:\nThe job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
