This role ensures that the engine runs seamlessly, from logistics and compliance through to candidate experience.\nAs we scale rapidly globally, the complexity of hiring increases. This role is critical in ensuring we remain efficient, compliant, and operationally excellent, while delivering a world-class candidate experience.\nWhat Your Day Will Look Like\nYou enable a high quality candidate experience by owning and delivering on the operational details of the end to end recruitment process. Including scheduling of interviews and candidate travel through to ensuring our silver medalist candidates leave our process with just as much as enthusiasm as when they entered.\n\nYou’ll support key hiring initiatives that reflect the calibre and ambition of Halter, including the execution of recruitment events.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for compliance and audit readiness across the hiring lifecycle, background checks, and right-to-work requirements.
