Обязанности:

  • Контроль своевременного исполнения поступивших заявок в рамках SLA;
  • Подготовка внутренних документов,инструкций;
  • Подготовка отчетов по деятельности управления и ведения документооборота;
  • Предоставление и сопровождение доступов в Информационные системы Компании;
  • Обработка заявок пользователей и распределение между очередями;
  • Ведение базы знаний по часто возникающим проблемам;
  • Анализ ошибок ПО и причин возникновения,исправление, эскалирование вопросов и результатов анализа на программистов и контроль исполнения заявок;
  • Взаимодействие с внешними службами технической поддержки по вопросам сопровождения ПО используемого в Компании.

Требования:

  • Знание языков программирования: PL/SQL;
  • Знание основ функционирования сети;
  • Знание основ администрирования;
  • Опыт работы с Oracle 11-19G ;
  • Опыт работы с ActiveDirectory;
  • Желание обучаться;
