You will work closely with colleagues across development, product marketing, production, service, and supply chain - and you will play a key part in creating clarity, alignment, and shared success.\nYou will convert product requirements into test requirements ensuring a robust design. You will shape and streamline test flows, initiate reliability studies, and drive continuous improvement for instance qualifying new suppliers.\nAs product technical lead, you ensure new developments align with our portfolio and follow best practices for manufacturability and reliability -turning innovation into scalable products. You foster strong collaboration and clear communication across the organization to keep everyone aligned.\nYou likely bring:\nYou bring experience with fiber optics and free-space optics, from either industry or academia.\nYou are comfortable in the optical lab and skilled in areas such as characterization, setup design, and instrumentation.\nYou have a strong experimental mindset and can design and run experiments that guide engineering decisions.\nYou analyze data with care and make clear, well-founded decisions based on your findings.\nMaster’s degree - and preferably a PhD - in physics, optical engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong written and spoken English skills.\n\nKeep your personal data safe\nHamamatsu (\"The Company\") take responsibly for the protection of your personal data.
