This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nYour responsibilities will be to:\nCash Management (Open Ended & Closed Ended Funds)\nPrepare or review weekly cash liquidity files and contribute to cash meetings with insights and recommendations.\n\nCoordinate subscription and redemption movements per dealing calendars, working with Transfer Agents, Evergreen Ops, and Fund Accounting\n\nManage monthly FX transactions and quarterly hedge settlements with banking partners in collaboration with Portfolio management.\n\nCollaborate with Fund Accounting to recommend capital calls, distributions, and line of credit draws\n\nComplete assigned tasks and projects within deadline\n\nSupport bank account administration for evergreen funds.\n\nInvestment Execution\nMonitor and respond to investment execution emails from deal teams and external partners in a timely manner.\n\nEnsure funding is requested and received before deal deadlines; escalate issues as needed.\n\nProvide Fed reference numbers to deal teams and legal promptly.\n\nMaintain real-time updates in the deal tracker software.\n\nSupport cross-functional requests from other departments.
