We are looking for those with the ability to work accurately and be able to follow schematics and instructions precisely. The operator position requires excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components and hand tools. Production Operators will need a keen eye for detail and quality while working in a fast paced environment.\nOther Production Operator responsibilities include:\nPerform routine production duties and preventative maintenance\nAdherence to product quality standards and procedures\nWork in a production environment assembling medical devices\nInteract effectively with all support groups and fellow employees\nRequires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions\nUse of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery\nAssemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly.\nOther duties as assigned.\nShift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm\nQualifications\nAbility to work accurately in a fast paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas\nExperience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions\nMechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools\nAble to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework\nProven experience with safe production practices\nStable work history\nBasic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts\nRequires excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality\nMust be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nPrevious experience in manufacturing environment preferred\nTechnical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion preferred\nAbout Hamilton\nEstablished, stable, and reliable company.\nComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision insurance;
