increasing responsibility across the full project lifecycle. \n\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and communicate progress and potential delays\nCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and other team members to support project timelines\nAssist with budget tracking, cost estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders\nConduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements\nMaintain accurate project records, meeting notes, progress reports, and documentation\nQualifications:\n2-4 years of experience in hotel or healthcare architecture, engineering and/or construction project management\nDegree or coursework in construction management, ,engineering, or a related discipline. \nBasic understanding of construction methods, schedules, budgets, drawings, and specifications. \nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to maintain multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments.\nProficiency in MS Office and other construction management
