The first is to become a HammerTech expert so that assistance can be provided in many facets of implementation including configuration, project planning, training material creation, training delivery and ongoing implementation support. The second key component is to provide customer support to existing HammerTech customers. Secondary to implementation and support activities, the role will assist in the day-to-day business administration activities of HammerTech, tasks ranging from assisting in the upkeep of our online knowledge base to undertaking continuous improvement on HammerTech processes.\nResponsibilities\nSoftware configuration to meet the requirements outlined in the implementation concept design\nAssist in project work as directed\nProvide project management/stakeholder management of clients during the “implementation” phase\nProvide status reporting to both internal management and clients\nGenerate training material and training schedules for clients\nProvide training to new and existing clients\nAssistance with general business administration i.e. updating of knowledge base\nProvide phone and email support to clients\nProvide technical assistance to clients as required\nApply application expertise to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct problems\nUpdate support articles as required\nBecome an expert in HammerTech applications\nOther duties as required from time to time\nAre you a good fit?
