culture and values.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nFacilitate instructor-led training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions\nConduct branch visits to support employee development and operational training needs\nCoach and mentor employees, supervisors, and managers on company processes and best practices\nAssist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials, guides, and learning resources\nSupport Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training documentation\nMonitor training completion and help ensure compliance with required training programs\nPartner with branch management to identify performance gaps and recommend training solutions\nProvide feedback to the Training Manager regarding training effectiveness and opportunities for
