related to application quality and testing controls.\n\nAI-Augmented & Agentic Delivery.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted testing tools and Copilot capabilities to accelerate test case creation, test data generation, test execution, defect analysis, and test documentation.\n\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled test automation solutions to improve test coverage, quality, and delivery speed.\n\nUtilize AI tools to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, uncover edge cases, and assess potential quality risks early in the development lifecycle.\n\nImplement and monitor AI-assisted quality engineering practices to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.\n\nCollaborate with development teams to integrate AI-powered quality checks into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes.\n\nKey Accountability.\n\nDelivery of high-quality releases with minimal production defects.\n\nEffective execution of testing activities within project timelines.\n\nContinuous improvement of QA processes and automation maturity.\n\nDevelopment and performance of the QA team.\n\nCompliance with technology governance, security, and regulatory requirements.\n\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering.\n\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in a QA Lead, QA Manager, or team leadership role.\n\nProven experience managing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and application environments.\n\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid delivery models.\n\nExperience with enterprise applications, digital platforms, APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions.\n\nExperience in the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries is an advantage.\n\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test management, and quality assurance best practices.\n\nHands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, UAT support, performance, and non-functional testing.\n\nExperience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, or similar platforms.\n\nKnowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Robot framework, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated quality gates.\n\nUnderstanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle processes.\n\nKnowledge of security testing, compliance requirements, and risk-based testing approaches is preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of AI-augmented testing, automated test generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test analysis techniques.\n\nAbility to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities for test automation, documentation, and quality assurance processes.\n\nExperience working with AI agents or autonomous testing solutions is an advantage.\n\nStrong awareness of responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, and governance requirements.\n\nLeadership & Behavioral Competencies.\n\nStrong stakeholder
