TheBreakfast Chef will oversee all aspects of breakfast preparation and service, maintainingoutstanding standards of presentation, flavourand organisation, while ensuring a smooth and efficient start to each day.\nAs Breakfast Chef, your rolewill focus on preparing and delivering a high-quality breakfast offering, including à la carte and buffet service, in line with the hotel’s standards and guest expectations. You will take ownership of your section, ensuring it is well-prepared, fully stocked, and set up for service, while consistently maintainingcleanliness and food safety standards.\nResponsibilities will also include managing breakfast mise enplace, monitoring stock levels, supporting cost control, and working closely with suppliers and the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
