Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team, the Chef de Partiewill prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, care, and seasonal flair in every service.\nAs Chef de Partie, your role will focus on managing your section efficiently during service, maintaininghigh standardsof food hygiene and safety, and ensuring mise enplace is completed to the highest level.
