Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team, the Junior Sous Chef will assist with food preparation and service, maintain high standards of presentation and flavour, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.\nAs Junior Sous Chef, your role will focus on supporting the wider culinary team, leading by example during service, and continuing to build your skills within a high-performing kitchen.
