Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade, the Kitchen Porter plays a key role in maintaining a smooth day-to-day kitchen operation.\nAs Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will centre around maintaining immaculate hygiene standards across all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, cleaning of equipment, and ensuring all back-of-house areas are organised and well-presented.\nYou will support chefs by ensuring that equipment, utensils, and service items are clean, available, and ready for use at all times.\nThe role also involves assisting with basic food preparation when required, monitoring waste disposal, adhering to strict health and safety and food hygiene regulations, and supporting stock organisation and deliveries.
