You'll ideally have:\nStrong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma\nExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects\nA good understanding of graphic design, video editing and motion design\nA strong eye for typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling\nAn understanding of how content needs to adapt across different social platforms\nA portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, motion and video\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines\nA collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideas\nExcellent attention to detail and pride in producing well-crafted work\nA genuine interest in sport, culture, design and social media\nIt would be great if you also have:\nExperience creating content for sports, lifestyle, entertainment or youth-focused brands\nAn understanding of social-first storytelling and short-form content\nBasic skills in sound design, colour grading, photography or filming\nExperience working with templates, versioning assets or producing content at scale\nAn interest in emerging creative and AI-assisted tools\nThis is a great chance to join a growing creative team and work on exciting projects for major sports organisations, while developing your skills across design, motion and video.\nPlease note: This is a hybrid role rather than fully remote, with an expectation to be in the London office 2 days per week.
