You'll be responsible for keeping the detail and day-to-day activity moving, ensuring actions are followed up, meetings are well prepared and key project information is kept accurate and up to date.\nThe role\nSupporting project leads with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects\nOrganising and scheduling meetings, including individual consultation sessions\nPreparing meeting materials and taking clear meeting notes and minutes\nMaintaining action logs, project trackers and key documentation\nFollowing up with stakeholders on outstanding actions and keeping activities on track\nCoordinating information across multiple teams and stakeholders\nMonitoring project timelines, deadlines and deliverables\nHelping to identify and flag any issues or delays\nMaintaining accurate project data and producing updates/reports where required\nUsing Excel to manage, analyse and track data\nProviding general project administration and coordination support to ensure Project Leads can focus on project planning and delivery\nAbout you\nWe're looking for someone with previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, PMO, Programme Coordination or a similar role, ideally within a larger or complex organisation.\nYou'll need to be:\nAvailable to start this weekk\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail\nComfortable coordinating large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders\nConfident managing trackers, action logs and project documentation\nProactive when it comes to following up on actions and deadlines\nComfortable working with data and proficient in Excel\nConfident communicating with stakeholders at different levels\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment\nComfortable working independently and keeping things moving without constant direction\nHandle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds -
