This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role centered on profitable growth, contribution margin, marketplace performance, and scalability rather than brand-awareness or vanity metrics.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPaid Media & Marketplace Management:\nManage and optimize campaigns across Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, Instacart, and other retail media channels.\n\nDrive growth across Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, Faire, and additional marketplace platforms.\n\nOptimize keywords, bids, audiences, budgets, campaign structures, and targeting strategies across channels.\n\nPerformance Optimization:\nImprove TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and overall profitability.\n\nIdentify opportunities to scale advertising spend while maintaining efficiency targets.\n\nContinuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies.\n\nMonitor inventory levels and align advertising spend with product availability and business priorities.\n\nAnalytics & Growth Strategy:\nBuild and maintain weekly performance dashboards and report on channel trends and growth opportunities.\n\nAnalyze campaign performance, customer behavior, competitive activity, and marketplace trends.\n\nTranslate data into clear, actionable recommendations and make fast optimization decisions.\n\nPartner with leadership, operations, and creative teams on product launches, promotions, listings, conversion improvements, and marketplace expansion.\n\nABOUT YOU\n3+ years of experience in performance marketing for eCommerce or CPG brands.\n\nDeep hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, or DSP.\n\nExperience managing Walmart Connect, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok Ads or TikTok Shop.\n\nStrong understanding of performance metrics including TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, CAC, and LTV.\n\nProven ability to manage advertising budgets profitably and identify scalable growth opportunities.\n\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.\n\nExperience with keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, campaign restructuring, and creative testing.\n\nHighly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making fast decisions based on performance data.\n\nStrong ownership mentality with the ability to execute independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nAbility to balance hands-on execution with broader strategic thinking.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads, or other retail media networks.\n\nPrevious experience working with food, beverage, snack, or other consumable CPG brands.\n\nExperience managing performance marketing for Shopify brands.\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, Triple Whale, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of retail velocity and omnichannel strategy.\n\nExperience with structured creative testing and landing page optimization.\n\nExperience supporting marketplace expansion across multiple eCommerce and retail channels.\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE
