opportunities are handled promptly, all platforms remain accurate, and every lead is followed through to a confirmed booking\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead Response & Booking Conversion:\nMonitor and respond to all inbound inquiries across OTA and corporate housing platforms (Reloquest, Nomad, AltoVita, OWL, and Silverdoor and others) within defined SLA windows.\n\nQualify leads based on dates, budget, unit availability, and guest or corporate client requirements.\n\nFollow up with prospective guests and clients to move open inquiries toward confirmed bookings.\n\nPresent available units clearly and persuasively, tailoring communication to each lead's specific needs.\n\nTrack and manage an active pipeline of open inquiries, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.\n\nCoordinate with operations to confirm unit availability and readiness before committing to a booking.\n\nProcess and confirm reservations accurately across all active platforms.\n\nPlatform & Listings Management:\nMaintain up-to-date availability, pricing, and property information across all OTA portals.\n\nEnsure listing content, descriptions, and amenity details are accurate and current at all times.\n\nIdentify and report listing gaps or inconsistencies that may impact conversion rates.\n\nSupport the upload and maintenance of property media and documentation as needed.\n\nSourcing & Inventory Management:\nIdentify and onboard new apartment inventory by researching available furnished units across target markets through platforms, broker networks, and direct landlord outreach.\n\nMaintain a live inventory of available, reserved, and upcoming units - auditing regularly to flag supply gaps against incoming demand.\n\nCoordinate with property owners and leasing contacts to confirm unit details, pricing, lease terms, and move-in readiness before listing or committing to guests.\n\nSupport new unit onboarding by collecting photos, documentation, and amenity details needed to launch accurate, conversion-ready listings.\n\nMonitor market conditions to inform sourcing priorities and maintain organized records of all active and prospective inventory.\n\nOperations & Data Management:\nMaintain accurate records of all inbound inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.\n\nTrack conversion metrics and flag patterns or performance issues to leadership.\n\nConduct regular audits of open inquiries to ensure timely follow-up and pipeline hygiene.\n\nMaintain clean, organized documentation of all platform activity and client communications.\n\nProcess Improvement & Collaboration:\nSupport leadership in identifying opportunities to improve lead response workflows and conversion rates.\n\nCollaborate with operations and property management teams to ensure seamless handoffs from booking confirmation to guest arrival.\n\nContribute to the development and documentation of SOPs as processes evolve.\n\nABOUT YOU\n2+ years of experience in corporate housing, short-term / mid-term rentals, hospitality, relocation, real estate, or a related customer-facing, B2B service environment.\n\nProven track record responding to and converting inbound leads or booking inquiries.\n\nExceptionally strong written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nHighly organized and fast-you treat unanswered inquiries as urgent.\n\nComfortable managing multiple platforms and open leads simultaneously.\n\nHighly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and follow-through.\n\nProactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.\n\nPreferred Skills & Tools\nExperience with corporate housing, mid-term rental or travel booking platforms\n\nFamiliarity with property management systems or booking software.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\n\nComfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to draft communications, summarize inquiries, and improve response efficiency.\n\nExperience with CRM or ticketing systems.\n\nFamiliarity with client portals and internal communication tools.\n\nExperience working in distributed or remote teams.\n\nSoft Skills\nHigh
