You should be energized by complexity, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven startup solving real-world problems for builders and remodelers.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the squad roadmap, strategic direction, execution, traction and outcomes for a core product area.\nIdentify and prioritize the highest-leverage customer and business problems, making clear tradeoffs about what we build and what we don’t.\nConduct continuous customer discovery - interviews, prototypes, field visits, user behavior - and turn insights into clear specs, user stories, and priorities.\nPartner closely engineering and design from ambiguous problems to simple, polished solutions, iterating quickly from discovery through launch and beyond.\nDefine success metrics, set up tracking, analyze performance, and drive measurable improvements in adoption, activation, retention, and business outcomes.\nProduce and update our roadmap and communicate product direction across leadership and GTM teams.\nTranslate features into benefits, positioning and customer outcomes, supporting sales, marketing, and onboarding with clear collateral.\nSweat the details - QA, polish, and validate every flow and edge case before launch.\nApply Handoff’s product principles - simplemaxxing, mobile-first, AI-first, and customer-obsession - to every design, feature, and product decision\nAbout you\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in vertical SaaS and high-growth tech startups or scaleups\nExperience building B2B SaaS products;
