You will take ownership of all safety, security and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate health and safety records and a consistently well-maintained property.\nYou will recruit, train and develop your team, uphold brand standards and ensure all maintenance operations run efficiently. The role requires calm, confident decision-making, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.\nA solid understanding of stock control, forecasting and budgeting is essential.
