If you are an experienced logistics leader with a background in food manufacturing or commercial packaging, we want you on our team.\nWhat You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)\nLead & Develop Talent: Supervise, train, coach, and manage performance for the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.\nOptimize Operations: Build and maintain an efficient shipping and receiving department, streamlining workflow scheduling, picking, packing, staging, and delivery schedules.\nMaintain Inventory Excellence: Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciliation while strictly enforcing a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory system.\nCoordinate Logistics: Serve as the primary point of contact for trucking services and shipping coordinators to ensure timely, accurate loading and unloading.\n Ensure Compliance & Safety: Oversee daily adherence to OSHA, FDA, SQF, and HACCP standards.
