We're looking for someone who is deeply passionate about data, analytics, and the power of information to transform brand loyalty programs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nData Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.\n\nModel Development: Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict customer behaviors and enhance platform capabilities.\n\nData-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and strategy development.\n\nData Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.\n\nData Strategy: Contribute to the development of data collection strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.\n\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n5-10+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.\n\nStrong knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.\n\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.\n\nExperience with data visualization tools and databases.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.\n\nWhat Would Set You Apart\nYou
