You work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide the data needed, in the optimal format for making critical, real-time decision.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWrite queries and design data workflows to facilitate campaign development, deployment and reporting.\nEstablish quality control measures to ensure accuracy of data and reports\nAssist in the creation and documentation of database processes and business rules\nProvide recommendations for continuous improvement in data accessibility and reporting as driven by the business needs\nParticipate in internal and client meetings to provide data strategy recommendations, knowledge and expertise\nWork to automate & continuously optimize data processes and reports\nSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nExperience writing complex SQL statements and mapping relational database structure\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and first-rate interpersonal skills at all levels\nStrong experience working with an enterprise campaign management solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, Eloqua, Marketo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, QlikView, GoodData, Looker, etc., is a plus\nExperience R, Python or other analytical platforms is a plus\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams both within and between organizations, including the ability to explain complex processes to a non-technical person\nAbility to be self-directed, highly motivated and have fun while working hard in a fast-paced environment\nProven track record of taking ownership and driving results\nAbility to stay abreast and inform internal teams of current best practices and trends in email design and development\nUnderstanding of conditional formatting and/or dynamic content requirements a plus\nEDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in a quantitative or technology field\n3-5 years of experience in a data engineering or advanced analytics role\nStrong drive to improve and learn new skills\nAny data-related certifications, such as SQL, SAS, etc., are an
