The ideal candidate should be able to assist the Project Manager with the coordination of resources, meetings, and required information. He must organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time is responsible to coordinate with third parties to ensure that the technical team get the required input on time.\nIn this role you will:\nManage the pace of delivery to ensure that the project is completed on time.\nRaise alert to project manager in case of delay and propose creative recovery plan.\nSupport technical leads by ensuring that all required input (from any party) is available on time.\nSupport project manager in developing the detailed planning.\nCreate a project tasks list for fulfilling each goal and objective within the agreed plan.\nManage the day to day and own the execution of the planning.\nSetup daily connect with team member to track progress.\nPerform risk management by assessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.\nPrevent scope creep by managing scope with client and raise alert to project manager if such request to increase scope arises. \nPerform regular meeting with client to share project status and risk - for such meeting he/she should prepare a deck for the meeting and send a recap post the meeting.\nDocument and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.\nEnsure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.\nEnsure proper reporting in places and done on time manner to all stakeholders.\nFollow process and documentation standards with the end goal of top-efficiency and quality.\nEvaluate and promote teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence and reports findings to discipline leads. \nParticipate/support the agency in the recruitment process.\nEnsure effective communication and promotes a sense of belonging, participation and involvement.\nDemonstrate empathy toward team member and conduct regular 1:1 connect to ensure team feels supported and cared. \nWhat are we looking for?
