This role also ensures smooth communication with the production floor to facilitate seamless execution of the established plans.\nYou should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.\nResponsibilities are:\nPerform all work safely and according to company standards\nWork well with others within the team and throughout the organization\nRegular attendance is an essential function of the position\nAssist with developing production plans to ensure continuous production\nUpdate production plans in the system for efficient information sharing and smooth production\nPerform scrap reduction activities\nBuild a good rapport with the Manufacturing and Quality Units for effective communication\nCommunicate with the Manufacturing Units on a regular basis; modify production plans referring to their feedback (e.g. the level of production, demands)\nPerform administrative work related to daily production\nPerform other duties as assigned by management\nRequirements are:\nEducation:\n(Required) bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\n(Preferred) advanced degree in a related field \nExperience:\n(Preferred) previous relevant experience\n(Preferred) previous experience in the manufacturing industry \nLanguage:\n(Required) good command of written and spoken English \nSkills & Knowledge:\nAdministration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources\nEngineering and Technology - Demonstrated know-how related to practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services\nProduction and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods\nMechanical - Functional knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
