The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural design coordination, technical reviews, construction supervision, quality assurance, and stakeholder management throughout all project phases. This role requires extensive experience in high-rise and luxury hospitality developments, with the ability to ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and international best practices while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and evaluate architectural designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.\nCoordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, façade, interior design, and specialty consultant teams.\nMonitor construction activities to ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.\nConduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship, material quality, and compliance with approved methodologies.\nLead architectural design review workshops and provide technical recommendations to resolve design and construction issues.\nOversee façade systems implementation, ensuring alignment with design intent, performance requirements, and quality standards.\nReview RFIs, technical queries, method statements, and change requests, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities related to architectural works.\nEnsure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), international standards, health and safety requirements, and project-specific guidelines.\nManage architectural punch lists, defect rectification processes, testing and commissioning support, and project closeout activities.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to facilitate efficient project execution and issue resolution.\nContribute to risk management initiatives by identifying potential architectural and construction risks and proposing mitigation measures.\nSupport document control processes and maintain accurate architectural records within EDMS platforms.\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams when required.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.\n12-15 years of relevant architectural engineering experience.\nMinimum 5 years in a senior architectural engineering role.\nProven GCC experience on high-rise developments and luxury hospitality projects.\nExperience working within PMC, Project Management Consultancy, or Client Representative environments is highly preferred.\nUltra-luxury hospitality project experience is highly desirable.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international building standards.\nExpertise in architectural design reviews and technical coordination.\nSound understanding of façade systems, architectural materials, and construction methodologies.\nExperience in multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist disciplines.\nStrong site supervision, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout experience.\nSoftware Skills\nAutoCAD\nRevit\nNavisworks\nBluebeam\nElectronic Document Management Systems
