Hanover Park for investments.\nAbout the role\nCapital calls, distributions, and wire transfers are zero-error-tolerance workflows. You'll be the financial control layer for some of the most sophisticated investment firms in the country - and you'll do it at a company that's actively automating the most painful parts of your job.This isn't a role where you inherit a legacy playbook and execute it indefinitely. You'll help document, streamline, and eventually automate the treasury processes that keep our clients' capital moving accurately and on time. You'll work closely with our fund accounting and engineering teams to make sure the operational infrastructure keeps pace with our growth.\nWhat you'll work on\nProcess and own the full range of money movement workflows - capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, intercompany payables/reimbursements, and management fee payments, ensuring that they are processed accurately and on time\n\nServe as the operational control layer, catching errors before they reach the client\n\nReconcile cash positions daily and maintain current, accurate records\n\nPartner with engineering to document and systematize treasury processes\n\nIdentify and surface automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention\n\nSupport fund accounting leadership on client escalations when needed\n\nOwn treasury approval workflows - helping migrate approvals out of ad hoc channels and into structured, auditable processes within the platform\n\nWhat we're looking for\nMust-haves\nHands-on experience processing wire transfers and capital call/distribution workflows\n\nExtreme attention to detail - you catch errors before anyone else does\n\nAbility to work quickly under deadline pressure without sacrificing accuracy\n\nNice-to-haves\nExperience at a fund administrator, PE/VC back office, or bank treasury team\n\nFamiliarity with fund accounting platforms\n\nUnderstanding of management fee and waterfall structures\n\nThis is not the role for you if:\nYou're comfortable letting errors slide until someone else catches them\n\nYou've only worked in highly manual, paper-based processes and have no interest in automation\n\nAttention to detail isn't something people would use to describe you\n\nWhy join now\nYou'll help design the future of fund treasury ops - not just execute a legacy workflow.
