The Company has been listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm from 2007 to 2015 and on the Nasdaq Stockholm since 2015.\nPosition summary: HR Manager (HRBP)\nIn this role, you will act as a bridge between HR and the business, ensuring that people strategies and initiatives fully support the company’s goals, growth, and culture.\nYou report to Chief Human Resources Officer and will be part of the Global HR Team of four (4) members based in Lund, Stockholm and New York.\nKey tasks and responsibilities\nContribute to and execute the HR Annual Plan (Performance Review, Goal Setting, Salary Review, Bonus Payout)\n\nAct as a trusted HR partner to assigned managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle\n\nProvide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development\n\nEnsure compliance with Swedish labor law, HR policies, and corporate guidelines\n\nCollaborate with hiring managers on recruitment\n\nSupport workforce planning and participate in the budgeting process\n\nPartner with Finance on payroll, benefits, and employee expenses\n\nEnsure structured onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews\n\nDraft, implement, and update HR SOPs and policies\n\nMaintain accurate HR data in HRIS (Sympa) and Veeva Quality Docs\n\nDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment cycle time, workforce demographics) to provide insights and support evidence-based decision-making.\n\nEnsure compliance with GDPR and internal data privacy standards related to employee data handling.\n\nComply with Swedish pay transparency rules, including required salary-range disclosure and support for pay equity analysis.\n\nSupport succession planning and talent development initiatives\n\nContribute to HR-related projects and organizational development initiatives\n\nVarious hands-on operational HR tasks\n\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone who is structured, process-oriented, and highly organized, yet flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. You are a true team player who builds trust and strong relationships across the organization.
