You are able to provide everyone you assist or support with a high level of service, have strong organization and multi-tasking skills, and are searching for a rewarding career where you are valued and respected.\nWhat you'll do\nProvide high-quality member and visitor service; greet members, vendors, and guests, respond to inquiries, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes and fobs.\nPerform clerical and administrative duties, including processing mail and packages and maintaining assigned records, files, and reports.\nPerform account maintenance, check printing, account closings, payment postings, and other authorized transactions; provide backup branch support, including opening memberships, processing deposits, and scanning checks. \nServe as branch ATM custodian, including cash replenishment, balancing, and coordinating technical support. \nComply with company policies and procedures and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.\nMeet assigned sales goals by identifying referral opportunities and referring members to Financial Wellness Coaches. \nComplete and maintain required Financial Wellness certification. \nExperience\nAt least one year of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.\nEducation/Certifications/Licenses\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Current registration as a Massachusetts Notary Public is preferred; ability to obtain and maintain registration as a Massachusetts Notary Public is required.\nInterpersonal Skills\nAbility to interact professionally with members, visitors, vendors, and employees; communicate clearly; maintain confidentiality; work independently; and collaborate effectively as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to bend, sit, and stand while performing primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Must be able to operate routine office equipment, work on a computer for extended periods, travel between locations, and maintain regular, reliable, and timely attendance.\nWorking Conditions\nWork is primarily performed indoors in a climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
