As Knowledge Manager, you will build and run the systems that move information across the program team and lead the team's transition to modern collaboration tools. As Business Analyst, you will take direct program tasking to keep deliverables accurate and on time, and you will organize major program events, from multi-day customer reviews to shipbuilding milestone ceremonies.\nThis role is ideal for an organized, detail-driven professional who enjoys both building better ways of working and making high-visibility events run smoothly.\nKey Responsibilities - Knowledge Management\nImplement and maintain the program's SharePoint environment, including site structure, document libraries, metadata, permissions, and version control.\nEstablish information management standards so the team can find the right document, in the right version, quickly.\nLead the team's transition to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools. Develop training, user guides, and quick-reference materials.\nDrive adoption through hands-on support, office hours, and feedback from users. Identify friction points and fix them.\nConfigure workflows and automation (for example, Power Automate) to reduce manual tracking and routing.\nApply access controls that protect export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).\nCoordinate information flow across HDUSA, Hanwha Philly Shipyard, Hanwha Ocean, and program partners.\nCapture lessons learned and institutional knowledge so the program retains it as the team grows.\nKey Responsibilities - Business Analysis and Program Support\nSupport the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with direct program tasking.\nTrack contract deliverables and CDRLs. Ensure each submission meets formatting, content, and Data Item Description (DID) requirements and is submitted on time through the correct channel.\nMaintain the deliverables calendar and submission log. Flag upcoming due dates and gaps early.\nPlan and run multi-day program reviews. Coordinate agendas, attendees, presenters, briefing materials, facilities, visitor access, and action item tracking.\nPlan and coordinate shipbuilding milestone ceremonies, including keel laying, christening, and commissioning support. Work with the customer, ship sponsor, shipyard leadership, and public affairs on logistics and protocol.\nPrepare reports, briefing materials, and meeting minutes for internal leadership and the customer.\nSupport data collection and analysis for program status, metrics, and process improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in business analysis, knowledge management, program support, or a related role.\nHands-on experience administering SharePoint sites, including libraries, permissions, and metadata.\nExperience leading or supporting user adoption of collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nProven ability to plan and execute events with many stakeholders and moving parts.\nStrong attention to detail and written communication skills.\nU.S. citizenship required. [This position requires access to export-controlled information subject to ITAR.]\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in defense contracting, shipbuilding, or another regulated industry.\nFamiliarity with CDRLs, DIDs, and government deliverable submission processes.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High environments.\nExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint workflow configuration.\nExperience planning customer program reviews or ceremonial events with military or government participants.\nKnowledge management, SharePoint, or change management certification.\nKorean language proficiency.\nHanwha Defense USA is an equal opportunity employer.
