The role handles complex service cases and supports overall repair quality. This position combines advanced troubleshooting, repair support, failure analysis, and technical guidance to strengthen HTCC service capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDiagnose and repair electronic hardware, including circuit boards, power circuits, and video components\nTroubleshoot IP network issues, including IPv4/IPv6, PoE, device discovery, and connectivity\nInvestigate firmware and software problems, including boot failures, updates, and device configuration\nPerform advanced diagnostics and support difficult repair cases across HTCC service operations\nConduct incoming condition checks and technical screening for unusual or high-volume cases\nInvestigate repeat failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions\nVerify completed repair quality and confirm devices operate properly before shipment\nSupport Advanced Replacement (AR), Refurbished (RB), and special technical service requests\nDocument findings, maintain troubleshooting guidelines, and share knowledge with technicians\nWork with HQ engineering and internal teams to improve repair methods and service quality\nQualifications\n3 to 5 years of hands-on experience repairing electronic or network-connected equipment\nPractical knowledge of hardware diagnostics, IP networking, and firmware/software troubleshooting\nAbility to use multimeters, network tools, and common diagnostic software\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills\nExperience with IP cameras, NVRs, Linux, or embedded devices preferred\nElectronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related background preferred\nScripting/Python and Salesforce is a plus \n Korean-English bilingual skills \nAbility to work on-site Monday-Friday at HTCC (Englewood, NJ)\nHanwha Vision America provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
